Offboarding processes

✅ Partner with key stakeholders across:

Human Resources
Payroll
Talent Acquisition
HRIS Teams
Local Business Leaders

? What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or Employee Services
Advanced English proficiency
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
Experience working with ticket management systems and service delivery environments
Excellent analytical, communication,



and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law
Understanding of U.S. employment practices and workforce compliance
