About the Role
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent team. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our recruiting pipeline — proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent before roles even open. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across Product, Legal, Engineering, Growth,



and GTM teams to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies, while also supporting interview scheduling and providing broader support to our Talent Partner as needed.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines across Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM, and other departments as needed
Partner directly hiring managers on these teams to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and adecuado candidate profiles
Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates
Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates through personalized messaging to generate interest in open roles
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars, ensuring a smooth and timely process
Support the Talent Partner with ad hoc recruit
