As a Temporary Supply Chain Change Management Lead LATAM you’ll lead the change management strategy and execution for two of the region’s most significant Supply Chain transformation programs, helping drive the successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and digital capabilities across the business.
The position partners closely with regional and general leaders to ensure organizational readiness, business continuity, and long-term value realization. Working across Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and People & Organization teams, you will influence a broad network of stakeholders and help connect strategy with execution. This position is located in Querétaro and is temporary.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Regional Change Strategy — Design and execute the end-to-end change management approach for major Planning and Logistics transformation programs across LATAM.
Drive Organizational Readiness — Assess change impacts,
support future organization design, and prepare teams to successfully adopt new processes, operating models, and technologies.
Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement — Develop communication and engagement plans that align leadership teams, build commitment, and create momentum throughout the transformation journey.
Build Capability Across The Organization — Lead training and learning strategies to equip teams with the knowledge and skills required for future-state planning and logistics operations.
Monitor Adoption And Business Readiness — Establish readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and feedback mechanisms to support successful deployment and stabilization efforts.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
