The Process Engineer supports operational scalability by analyzing, designing,
documenting, and improving business processes across Business Operations,
including quoting, ordering, billing, and customer operations. This role
partners with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems, improve
workflows, support root cause analysis, and maintain process documentation and
change management practices.
What you will be doing:
* Analyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and operational trends to identify
improvement opportunities.
* Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management
materials.
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues,
escalations, and recurring gaps.
* Coordinate process support for new product introduction, go-to-market
operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align process changes, and
support adoption.
* Track process performance, demand, and improvement outcomes to support
prioritization and capacity planning.
* Build repeatable practices that improve resolution speed, scalability, and
operational efficiency.
What you will likely bring:
* Strong process analysis, workflow design, documentation, and problem-solving
skills.
* Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, including process mapping,
capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, and continuous
improvement.
* Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into practical
corrective actions.
* Strong collaboration skills across Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and
Customer Operations.
* Working knowledge of change management, process controls, metrics, and
operational reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
* 3+ years experience documenting and improving cross-functional business
processes.
* 3+ years experience supporting operational issue resolution, root
