Job Description:

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

Purpose: Cross-Entity Assist Team members provide high level support to Senior
Leaders at Kellanova and Mars who have active reports in both entities, as well
as to their Executive Assistants and Senior Business Partners.

This role is responsible for managing more complex transactions, including
ensuring timely escalation to the IT Command Center or other support teams (such
as Travel and expenses, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and others) for non-HR
transactions or required approvals when necessary.

In addition, the role partners with Senior Leaders and their Executive
Assistants to reduce complexity in managing teams across both entities,
facilitating alignment and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure
effective solutions.

What are we looking for?

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Business,
Communications, or Customer Service)

* Ability to navigate with proficiency across various HR Systems (i.e. Workday
& ServiceNow)

* Familiarity with Mars HR systems: Workday, ServiceNow.





What will be your key responsibilities?

* Serve as the primary and single point of contact for Cross-Entity Leads,
Business Partners, and Executive Assistants (globally) for day-to-day HR
Operations activities, including transactions and inquiries. Partner closely
with Senior Leaders and Business Partners to ensure organizational changes
are completed accurately and on time, meeting all deliverables in line with
established processes and country-specific requirements.

* Leverage technical expertise in ServiceNow and Workday to perform system
transactions or coordinate their resolution through other HR teams or the
Kellanova CXA Team (including teams in other regions/Functions). Escalate
items to non-HR teams as needed, providing relevant HR information and
guiding Cross-Entity Leaders through the process until resolution. In all
