Role Summary
As a Master Data Specialist – Supply Chain, you will support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) by ensuring accurate, complete,



and reliable master data for distribution and warehousing operations across LATAM. This role partners closely with general and regional teams to enable a smooth data migration and long-term data governance.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain master data for the SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) implementation
Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities across LATAM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Inventory) to integrate data sources
Ensure alignment of current processes with S/4HANA requirements
Act as the key liaison between implementation partners and business teams
Establish and support post–go-live data governance processes
Track and report data migration progress, risks, and readines
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Logistics focus is a plus)
3+ years of experience in Master Data Managem
