We’re looking for a hands-on OTA & Distribution Manager to take ownership of the online distribution and commercial performance of a new boutique hotel in New York.

We are not looking for someone who simply has hotel experience.

We need someone with real, hands-on experience managing hotel OTAs and distribution.

If you have directly managed Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo, a Channel Manager, hotel inventory and/or online rates, we want to hear from you.

If you do not have practical hotel OTA experience, please do not apply.

What you’ll do

* Manage and optimize the hotel’s presence across key OTAs and distribution channels.

* Manage room availability, rates, restrictions, promotions and inventory.

* Work with the PMS and Channel Manager to ensure accurate distribution and prevent overbookings.

* Monitor competitor pricing, demand, booking pace and market trends.

* Support dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.

* Monitor Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR,



pickup and conversion.

* Identify opportunities to improve visibility, bookings and revenue.

* Maintain accurate room types, content, photos, amenities and policies.

* Launch and optimize the hotel’s online distribution from the ground up.

* Work closely with operations and guest experience.

What we’re looking for

Required:

* Hands-on hotel OTA / distribution experience.

* Experience with Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo or similar platforms.

* Experience with a PMS and/or Channel Manager.

* Strong understanding of hotel inventory, rates and restrictions.

* Analytical, independent and highly detail-oriented.

* Excellent English.

* Hospitality experience.

A plus:

* Boutique or independent hotel experience.

* Experience launching a new property.

* Mews, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Guesty, Opera or similar.

* Revenue management / dynamic pricing experience.
