Meaningful Work From Day One
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of Brown-Forman's equipment, processes, and services. This is achieved through the efficient planning and scheduling of all maintenance types (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
What You Can Expect
Maintenance Planning System Management:
Lead the development and updating of maintenance plans in eMaint, ensuring 100% asset coverage.
Design and implement a three-level communication system for maintenance plans (technical, supervisory, and managerial).
Balance the technical team's workload and collaborate on critical task completion, including adherence to HACCP procedures.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the strict application of all Safety and Environmental procedures during maintenance activities.
Coordinate external maintenance activities.
Performance and Improvement:
Generate and monitor key Maintenance Planning indicators (Reliability, Availability, Backlog, MTTR, etc.).
Lead the analysis of results to define and execute effective improvement plans.
Inventory and Logistics:
Ensure the accuracy and updating of the spare parts inventory.
Define kitting and logistics strategies in coordination with the Warehouse team.
Financial Management:
Develop and monitor the maintenance budget.
