We're looking for trilingual speakers (French, English, and Spanish) who stay calm under pressure and genuinely want to make a difference when people need it most.
You'll be the first voice a customer hears when their vehicle breaks down on the road. Your mission:respond fast, show real empathy, and get help dispatched without delay.
This is not a scripted role. It requires authentic active listening, real sense of urgency, and the ability to problem-solve in real time — across three languages.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound emergency roadside assistance calls in French, English, and/or Spanish
- Actively listen and project confidence and empathy to customers in distress
- Coordinate and dispatch service providers quickly and accurately
- Manage membership inquiries and account transactions
- Document every interaction accurately and follow established procedures
What We're Looking For
- B2+ French level _(mandatory — you will be evaluated)_
- B2 English level
- Native or advanced Spanish
- Full schedule flexibility (rotative shifts within operating hours)
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and genuine desire to help
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all 3 languages
- High school diploma
- Less than 90 minutes from our CDMX site via public transportation
- Nice to have: Previous customer service or call center experience team.
