The OTC Intern will support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) team by assisting with daily Accounts Receivable and Order Management activities while developing knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes. This role provides hands-on experience with ERP systems, customer processes, and financial operations, contributing to the team's efficiency while building professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Order Management team by reviewing and monitoring blocked Sales Orders (SO) under established procedures.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including payment and invoice reconciliations, aging reports, and account reviews.
- Help investigate invoice discrepancies and support follow-up activities to facilitate timely resolution.
- Support the investigation and follow-up of unapplied payments.
- Learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP and QAD to perform daily operational tasks.
- Gain an understanding of customer-specific procedures and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions, and charts.
- Complete assigned onboarding and training activities while complying with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Student in the last year of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Analytical mindset
- Good organizational and time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Excel (basic-Intermediate)
- Intermediate level of English
