You will be responsible for managing charter inquiries, crafting tailored flight solutions, and guiding clients through every step of the booking process—ensuring a seamless, world-class experience from the very first point of contact.

Key ResponsibilitiesCharter Sales & Deal Conversion
- Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed deals using company-provided opportunities
- Understand client travel requirements and recommend tailored private aviation solutions
- Build trust quickly and guide prospects through the booking process




- Maximize conversion rates while delivering a premium customer experience
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients

Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, from inquiry to post-flight follow-up
- Maintain a high-touch, white-glove approach to customer communication
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout every interaction

Communication & Coordination
- Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively across:
- Slack
- WhatsApp
- Phone
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution and client satisfaction
- Support seamless service delivery through effective collaboration and communication

CRM & Sales Operations
