KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end brand strategy for the Mr. Muscle and Drano brands in Mexico, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening brand equity.
- Own the P&L; for both brands, with full accountability for business performance, from top-line revenue growth to bottom-line profitability.
- Develop and execute brand strategies, including portfolio management, innovation, brand positioning, and long-term growth plans.
- Lead the integrated media and communications strategy, optimizing marketing investments to maximize return on investment and business impact.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis, translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance,



Supply Chain, RD&E;, and Integral Marketing) to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies, leading brand growth strategies.
- Experience developing and executing brand strategies, including ATL, BTL, and Digital media planning, as well as integrated communication plans.
- Experience managing media agencies, optimizing marketing investments and ensuring the achievement of business KPIs.
- Experience working with creative agencies, leading the development of advertising campaigns, communication assets, and brand innovation initiatives. Strong understanding of P&L; management, with the ability to assess the financial impact of marketing decisions on sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
