The Construction Project Manager Supervise the execution of the construction projects on time, quality and budget, according to the contract and AutoZone's Specifications, coordinate utilities services and externals environmental assesors to comply our local and state regulations, administrate the project's economics, capitalize the projects on time and handover to maintenance according to the designed project, PM is responsible of the coordination with vendors and supplies so materials and equipments arrive on time, should keep close comunication with Design, Permits, Legal, Real estate and stores operations.
- Supervise the general construction process of the assigned projects according to the store design by ensuring that the project is on schedule, quality and safety, within Autozone Specifications.- coordinate utilities in advance with vendors and General contractor, so it can be ready for the store opening.
- Environmental follow up with external assessors and General contractors, by weekly meetings
- Closeout and Capitalized construction projects.




- Hand over construction projects to maintenance.
- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Civil Engineer, Architect, Construction, Design.
- Five to seven years.
- Construction, Architecture, Engineering.
- Experience managing projects in the field of Construction.
- speak English, excellent time management, organization, communication and computer skills.
