Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planning Manager in our Apodaca MTY 1 Plant.

What will you do:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant/distribution center operations
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance network efficiency

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Safety of Logistics team, packaging operations and dangerous goods flows
- Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
- Be responsible for people management including : safety (including external), goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
- Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
- Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources: Warehouse and MPH
- Is responsible of logistic department cost
- Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery




- Lead and improve suppliers performance in term of service level, lead time and lot size.
- Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the SPS principles (Waiting queue, MPH, Pull flow, warehousing efficiency, …)
- Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level an and capital employed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field
- +5 years relevant experience focuses on manages or performs procurement and supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for resales
- Solid experience in customer service, production programming, materials, supply chain. Experience in SAP system. 5 to 7 years
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics
