You will also play a key role in the monthly SIOP process, data preparation, and supervising MPS and detailed production planning.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Develop daily and weekly production plans, including resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting.Operations Management: Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations areas.Continuous Improvement: Review existing processes and generate ideas for efficiency improvements.Performance Management: Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure quality and timeliness.Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings, actions, and events to strengthen collaboration.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safe working practices.Leadership & Direction: Motivate and guide the team,
