temporary and permanent positions - Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate - Present job opportunities to qualified candidates - Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks, credit checks and background/drug tests (if required) - Manage temporary and contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate employee related problems, and administer performance counselling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary - Coach candidates through the client interview process - Build positive relationships with candidates - Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in BH system and/or other documentation tools - Write recruitment advertisements
