What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for Danfoss Cooling products through phone, email, and digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate customer solutions.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems to help customers identify root causes and restore system performance.




- Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and educational content to increase product knowledge and application expertise.
- Create and maintain technical resources, including guides, manuals, videos, and troubleshooting materials, to support customer success.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal experts through site visits and ongoing engagement to improve application outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related engineering discipline).
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, or related mechanical applications.
