About This Role
As a Transaction Review Agent is a position focused on analyzing domestic and international transactions in real-time, identifying patterns, violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), money laundering, terrorist financing, and consumer fraud, ensuring compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations at the state, federal,



and international levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls
- Validate purpose and legitimacy of any transactions that appear unusual or high risk based on the customer's and receiver’s activity
- Process transactions that have met Ria policies, state and federal regulations
- Escalating general reports of trends of possible consumer fraud and suspicious activity
- Looking for constant development as well as continuous self-improvement
- Advance Ability to detect and report suspicious transactions
- Approach with open communication, excellence in service, integrity, and accountability
- Perform back office and other duties as assigned or requested
- Assessing risk when approving transactions with red flags

Position Requirements
- Advanced English level
- High school graduated, college degree is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office prefer
