Role Definition





The HR Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operational activities and providing employee support across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate processing of HR transactions, maintenance of employee records, hire, onboarding, daily support activities, and compliance with established procedures and policies. The Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, delivering efficient and timely HR services while maintaining data accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute HR transactions and administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including new hires, employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
