PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:

This key position requires a creative and highly collaborative candidate responsible for producing original material that reflects the essence of Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club across various channels. Under the supervision of the Creative Director and the Marketing Director, the Coordinator will collaborate with all internal departments to generate comprehensive content (including photography, video, social media posts, and storytelling) that resonates with our current and prospective member community.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Strategic Planning and Collaboration
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Actively collaborate with Marketing and Sales team leads, as well as department heads, to develop and finalize strategically cohesive monthly content plans.




- Project Management: Work in close coordination with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and Marketing Coordinators to ensure compliance with the content calendar and adherence to established execution deadlines.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the conceptualization, development, and execution of comprehensive brand campaigns that reinforce sales objectives and the organization's internal communication initiatives.

B. Content Creation, Production, and Editing
- Multimedia Production: Create and produce original content across various formats (photography, video, and written copy) for all Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club accounts and initiatives.
- Event Coverage: Ensure full visual and narrative coverage and documentation of all member events and seasonal activities throughout the year (attendance at these events is a mandatory requirement for the position).
- Copywriting and Brand Consistency: Draf
