Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing engineering support to assigned UAPs, in addition to implementing improvements and ensuring that staff are trained in their respective specialties.
- Manage and maintain stable processes within your specialty.
- Resolve daily issues related to equipment, processes, and suppliers.
- Make recommendations for new programs.
- Participate in the validation of tooling and equipment.
- Participate in the sign-off of equipment.
- Monitor prototype manufacturing.
- Provide support to production.
- Analyze, develop, and validate process modifications.
- Ensure the application of standards. Identify best practices.
- Make equipment modifications to increase efficiency.
- Identify production capacity.
- Maintain a database of tooling and capacities.
- Train production staff. Identify and eliminate risks associated with machinery and equipment within your specialty.
- Comply with and promote the code of ethics.

Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Related Field (degree holder or intern)
- Advanced English
- Experience: 5 years in the automotive industry. Certified technical skills in product processes within your specialty. Experience in MIG welding and resistance welding.
