- The Restaurant Experience Product Operations team is responsible for improving how restaurant partners interact with DiDi Food’s products, platforms, processes, and operational tools throughout their journey on the platform.
- Our team serves as a bridge between local business needs and Product and Technology teams, translating restaurant pain points, operational challenges, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
- We work in a highly cross-functional environment, collaborating with Product Managers, Research and Development, Commercial teams, Customer Service, Communications, Finance, Legal, and other regional and global stakeholders.
- Our projects cover different stages of the product lifecycle, including user research, opportunity identification, business requirement definition, pilot design, market validation, product launches, communication, training, adoption, and performance monitoring.
