We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to lead and strengthen Environmental, Health & Safety programs within a manufacturing organization. This position will play a key role in building a proactive safety culture , ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Core Areas Act as a strategic EHS partner to Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, Maintenance, Materials, and Quality. Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the site's EHS Management System. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as relevant management system and customer requirements, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Establish and monitor EHS performance metrics, leading indicators, and improvement initiatives. Lead environmental, health, and safety audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the management, storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste. Maintain regulatory compliance,



permits, reporting, and required government submissions. Develop and maintain emergency response and contingency plans in coordination with relevant authorities and internal teams. Serve as the site's EHS representative and lead auditor for applicable ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 activities. Provide constructive challenge to site leadership to drive risk reduction, prevention, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the EHS team and manage assigned contractors and service providers. Provide EHS support and coordination across Mexico sites. Promote a culture where employees actively identify risks, report unsafe conditions, and take ownership of workplace safety. Maintain the authority to escalate non-compliance and stop operations when environmental or safety conditions present a significant risk to employees or violate established management systems.
