As Dairy Marketing Sr Director, you will define the growth agenda and profitability strategy for a strategic category within our Dairy business in Mexico, driving sustainable growth through strong brand building, consumer-centric innovation, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration.
You will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, partnering closely with Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain,



R&I;, and Integral Marketing teams to unlock new growth opportunities and accelerate business performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic direction and growth agenda of a key Dairy category.
- Deliver Net Sales, Volume, Market Share, and Profitability targets.
- Build long-term growth strategies aligned with Danone Mexico ambitions.
- Drive category expansion through brand equity, innovation, pricing excellence, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across all consumer touchpoints.
- Strengthen brand relevance, penetration, and consumer loyalty.
- Ensure impactful communication across ATL, BTL, Digital, E-commerce, and Shopper Marketing channels.
- Lead innovation pipelines from concept to launch.
- Identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
