This role supervises technicians, responds to equipment breakdowns,



and maintains safety and 5S standards across the maintenance workshop and site infrastructure.## ## ## Primary Responsibilities### Team Leadership* Supervise, mentor, and coordinate Maintenance Technicians* Ensure safe work practices and high-quality execution### Corrective & Preventive Maintenance* Lead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime* Oversee execution of Preventive Maintenance work orders to ensure compliance with technical standards### Continuous Improvement* Identify and implement small-scale engineering improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safety### Technical Support* Serve as escalation point for complex mechanical issues* Provide hands-on technical guidance to maintenance team### Contractor & Shop Management* Provide technical oversight of mechanical contractors* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards in workshop and utility areas### Safety & Compliance* Ensure ad
