Where You'll Make a Difference
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Investigate and analyze unmatched banking transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding reconciling items and support issue resolution.
- Monitor General Ledger accounts and identify unusual balances or discrepancies.
- Support account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation activities.




- Review accounting transactions and help identify incorrect postings.
- Prepare recurring journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Validate accounting entries before submission for approval.
- Support month-end closing activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Record to Report process.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active student between the 5th and 8th semester.
- Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.
- Intermediate English proficiency, including verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts, and pivot tables.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
