We are in search of a highly capable and strategic Lead Business Systems Analyst to become part of our offshore team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Financial Services, ideally within Wealth Management, along with strong strategic thinking, data mapping, and UX design skills. This role acts as an essential connector between onshore clients and offshore development teams, ensuring smooth communication, aligned requirements, and delivery of impactful solutions.

Responsibilities





Work closely with onshore clients, offshore development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather, examine, and document business and technical requirements with a strategic approach
Shape the strategic direction for product and solution development, keeping it aligned with business goals and long-term value
Head data mapping efforts, converting complex business data needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
Use UX design principles to craft intuitive, user-focused solutions and wireframes that improve user experience and engagement
Build thorough testing strategies and scenarios to guarantee solution quality, reliability, and alignment with business goals
Create insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions for stakeholders
Show a deep understanding of investment products, user stories, and features, along with their value to end users,
