We are on the hunt for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst with a robust track record in digital transformation projects, with a specific focus on eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position requires working in tandem with cross-functional teams to deliver projects with real impact that drive business expansion and digital innovation. The idóneo candidate will show a proven ability to gather and interpret business requirements, develop solutions,



and secure project success amid dynamic, shifting conditions.

Responsibilities

Take the lead on analyzing and documenting business requirements for digital transformation projects, with particular focus on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
Connect with vital stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to grasp business objectives and turn them into functional and technical specifications
Carry out in-depth process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
Ensure ongoing alignment between business objectives and technology solutions through close collaboration with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
Evaluate and document current systems, processes, and data flows to uncover opportunities for improvement or automation
Direct the development of user stories, use cases, and accept
