Manager, Inventory Management Solutions (IMS)

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager – Inventory Management Solutions (IMS) to lead the technology strategy, transformation, and operational ownership of IMS solutions within Integral IT. This role acts as the strategic technology partner to IMS business leadership, connecting business needs with enterprise technology solutions across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, and Master Data Management. It combines organizational build‑up, transformation leadership, application ownership, and service delivery to establish a scalable technology foundation supporting future IMS growth and business ambitions.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IMS technology roadmap and transformation strategy.
- Lead enterprise application initiatives across inventory management, procurement, finance, planning, and master data processes.
- Drive application modernization, integration improvements, and technology standardization.




- Ensure scalable and secure integrations between enterprise platforms using APIs, EDI, ESB, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Build and develop the IMS IT organization, including team structure, governance, and operating processes.
- Manage strategic vendors, technology investments, risks, and delivery performance.
- Promote data governance, master data management, and analytics capabilities across IMS solutions.

Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong technology background with experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and complex transformation programs.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions and navigate a large global enterprise
