We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of client openings. The adecuado candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced, agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and partnering with hiring managers and clients to deliver exceptional recruiting outcome.

Qualifications:
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
Proven experience recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, customer service, accounting, finance, operations, healthcare, or light industrial positions.




Demonstrated success sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, work history, career progression, and overall fit for client requirements.
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills, including the ability to identify passive candidates.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interviewing and probing skills to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, compensation
