SAF-HOLLAND is a leading manufacturer of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trailers and semi-trailers, but also for trucks and buses. Essential Responsibilities

Manage software packaging, deployment, and updates across the enterprise environment.
Administer endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Apple Business Manager.
Oversee device lifecycle management, compliance, security, and automation for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for endpoint devices, operating systems, and software deployments.
Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and vulnerability management using Microsoft technologies and best practices.
Administer and support SharePoint Online, including governance, permissions, collaboration tools, and user support.




Collaborate with general IT teams and business stakeholders to optimize workplace technology solutions and user experience.
Provide level 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
English, fluent (written and spoken)
4 to 5 years of experience
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in creating and managing software packages (e.g., MSI, EXE and deployment scripts).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and Enterprise mobility management (EMM).
Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) for task automation.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and endpoint security best practices.
