As a Senior Payroll Financial Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll accounting across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. In this role, you will partner closely with payroll, finance, and accounting teams to improve financial processes, strengthen reporting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
You will act as a key advisor, helping translate payroll activity into financial impact. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, streamline processes,



and provide training to enhance the team’s financial knowledge and decision‑making capabilities.

- Standardize and improve account reconciliation processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the team.
- Enhance financial mapping and documentation for payroll processes, including overpayments and accruals.
- Record and optimize financial handling of payroll‑related events such as terminations, taxes, penalties, and interest.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to streamline payroll reporting and journal entry processes.
