Senior Accounts Payable Analyst
Queretaro, Mexico.

This role will focus on the America’s region geographies invoice processing, while collaborating across various teams.

Work you’ll do /Responsibilities

Review and process invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval.
Match invoices to purchase orders, receive documents, or support records as applicable.
Validate coding, cost centers, and tax treatment.
Research and resolve invoice variances, duplicates, and exceptions.
Communicate with business teams to address payment and document issues.
Support month-end close, accruals, and reports as needed.
Respond to customer queries from team mailbox / perform extensive customer service.
Collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Create and update process documents periodically.
Create and maintain accurate and timely deliverables.
Collaborate with participating countries, geographies, and/or member firms, other GFS business areas, and other support organizations to ensure end-to-end coordination.




Proactively identify data gaps and develop solutions, mitigate risks, and highlight areas of opportunity to streamline and automate.
Other tasks assigned by leadership.
