We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to join our LATAM Travel team.

In this role, they will serve as the primary point of contact for regional travel operations, ensuring our employees experience seamless travel while staying aligned with company policies. This is an opportunity for a professional with a strong background in corporate travel and expense management who thrives in a multinational, fast-paced environment.



The adecuado candidate possesses a deep understanding of LATAM travel regulations, has hands-on experience with modern travel booking tools like Concur, and possesses exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all LATAM regional travel needs, coordinating complex travel arrangements and providing exceptional support to travelers
Enforce company travel policies by applying local and regional expertise to guide and educate employees effectively
Manage and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, troubleshooting and resolving any system-related issues that arise
Educate employees on expense submission guidelines to improve clarity, ensure compliance, and streamline the reimbursement process
Support immigration-related questions and internal processes s
