Role Overview
Responsible for Duxi’s social media operations, content planning, community management, and social performance analysis in Mexico. The role will lead the day-to-day management of key social media channels and support integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional media, including TVC and OOH.
This position requires strong sensitivity to platform trends, consumer conversations, and content performance, with the ability to turn social and media data into actionable insights for brand communication and campaign optimization.
Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Operations & Community Management
Manage Duxi’s daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and manage internal content calendars, aligning social content with brand priorities, product communication, and seasonal campaigns.
Manage online communities, monitor user conversations, and identify key consumer concerns and emerging topics.
Manage and coordinate social media agencies, ensuring content planning, production, publishing,



and community operations are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
2. Social Media Performance & Data Analysis
Maintain social media performance tracking and monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, video views, follower growth, and traffic.
Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and improvement opportunities.
3. Social Listening & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct social listening to understand consumer perceptions, feedback, and discussions around Duxi, its products, and the lending category.
Monitor potential reputation risks and conduct regular competitor benchmarking across social media, online/offline campaigns, and Google Trends.
Translate findings into actionable insights for brand, content, product communication, and media strategy.
