JOB SUMMARY
The accountant – Revenue Cycle is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of revenue-related transactions, accounts receivable activity, customer balances, and related financial information. This role supports month-end close, revenue recognition, balance reconciliations, intercompany activity, and compliance with applicable accounting, tax,



and internal control requirements. The position requires a strong accounting foundation, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to support additional finance areas as business needs evolve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REVENUE CYCLE ACCOUNTING
Record, review, and validate revenue-related transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Support proper revenue recognition, including the review of billing, credit notes, discounts, rebates, cash applications, and related adjustments ensuring customer balances are accurate
Partner with Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to resolve revenue, payment application, and receivable discrepancies.
Identify process gaps within the revenue cycle and recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
