HR Business Partner

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This critical role is designed for a collaborative, proactive professional who is passionate about fostering an engaging and supportive workplace.

In this position, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR matters and supporting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the HR Director, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement HR programs—including performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews to continuously enhance retention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws, and uphold best practices in data management and confidentiality.




- Utilize employee feedback and data analysis to propose impactful improvements.
- Partner with recruiters to support organizational staffing needs.
- Offer regional HR support across locations on the East Coast, with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).

We are looking for:
- 3–5 years of HR experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.
- Proven communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt, work independently or within a team, and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel and availability for weekends/holidays as required.
