The role requires ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax regulations, social security, and internal policies while coordinating with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Legal, and external payroll vendors. You will handle semi-monthly cycles, off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, finiquitos, and liquidaciones, maintaining master data and payroll tax reporting.
