QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, transformation, operations, or related roles (preferable in supply chain management with business focused)
Proven experience leading large, complex projects or programs with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional, and regional impact
Functional Skills
Advanced project and program management skills, including integrated planning, governance, value realization, risk management, and issue resolution
Strong ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate delivery trade-offs, and make risk-based decisions within approved tolerances
Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, resources, vendors, and workstream dependencies across complex initiatives
Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to prepare clear governance materials and decision recommendations
Ability to apply advanced delivery methods and adapt PMO standards to project complexity while maintaining quality and control.
