Job Description
Our research team sits within Product and Desing, a discipline focused on building customer-centric experiences—because happy end users create happy clients. The team includes researchers, strategists, designers, artists, and marketers who use data and strategic design to build and release meaningful services, tools, interfaces, and experiences.
We are seeking a Research Consultant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This person will support internal research projects with the capability to transition into external, client-facing engagements.



We’re looking for someone with a blend of strong qualitative and quantitative skills, curiosity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead or support primary research using mixed research methods such as interviews, surveys, and secondary research.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, compelling, and actionable deliverables for both internal and client audiences.
Collaborate with team members to design research plans, guide interviews, and summarize key insights.
Design surveys and analyze results, with experience using tools like Qualtrics.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite clients.
Support publication of blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership grounded in primary research.
Adapt messaging and presentation styles for a variety of audiences.
