Position Summary

The Lead Analyst IT, Digital Transformation, Autodesk Fusion Manage (PLM) is a
hands-on techno-functional leader, who will own the Autodesk Fusion Manage
platform roadmap, architecture, governance, scalability and reliability. The
Lead will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of
the PLM engineering business application.

Highly experienced, ensuring continuity of operations, system stability, and
ongoing enhancements. The Lead Analyst is expected to be hands-on, working on
live production systems with minimal supervision. The position plays a critical
role in supporting engineering operations and driving innovation through modern
technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

PLM Administration & Configuration

* Lead solution architecture, release management, platform governance, and
technical standards

* User creation, role assignment,



and license administration

* Workspace configuration (fields, forms, grids, page layouts)

* Workflow configuration, transitions, permissions, and validations

* Lifecycle and revision management support

* Troubleshooting configuration-related issues

* Archiving documents, Change request, Change order and Items/BOMs based on
business requirement

PLM Scripting & Automation

* Development and maintenance of JavaScript scripts in PLM

* Workflow action scripts and field-level validations

* Automation of calculations, refresh logic, and dependency handling

* Notification Manager setup and maintenance

* Debugging and optimizing existing scripts

Integrations & Data Management

* Support and maintenance of PLM ↔ ERP integrations (Oracle)

* Item, BOM, and Document data synchronization

* Monitoring, error handling, and reprocessing failed integrations

* Expand integrations using REST APIs, OAu
