Job Description
Manage and oversee Continuous Improvement (CI), ensuring that expected results are delivered on time and according to plan, based on KPIs M1 and M2.
Define and maintain CI processes and work instructions, ensuring their proper implementation across the plant/country.
Evaluate and prioritize improvement ideas, collaborating with relevant departments and CI committees to assess feasibility and potential impact.




Calculate and manage the financial impact of CI initiatives, including business cases, payback and return on investment (ROI).
Lead the CI Committee and promote a continuous improvement culture through CI campaigns, recognition programs, and employee and management engagement.
Manage CI tools and training, including idea management software (CIP/LPI) and induction training such as 5S and the 8 types of waste.
Ensure the implementation and transfer of best practices and ideas, both within the plant and across departments, segments, plants, and countries.
Qualifications
Ensure compliance with legal, internal, safety, and environmental standards within the area of responsibility.
Identify and report risks and opportunities to the direct supervisor or responsible leadership.
Ensure and contribute to customer satisfaction by meeting customer expectations and requirements.
