Take the Lead with These Responsibilities
Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives by coordinating and tracking multiple projects to ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Support manufacturing improvement activities, including layout modifications, workstation optimization, and productivity initiatives.
Conduct time studies, process observations, and basic ergonomic assessments to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Develop and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, and performance tracking tools.
Create and update manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD and support basic 3D design activities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Communicate project status, risks, and action plans effectively with stakeholders.
Provide engineering support on manufacturing initiatives as needed.
