Who we are looking for:

BDC is looking for a skilled, highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join our growing team as Controller. As a key member of the team, this individual will be an integral member of a growing team of hard-working and experienced professionals. The role will be handling high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and overseeing financial activities within multiple portfolio companies. As a leader within the One Dragon Services Finance department, you will support to the Early-Stage Partners and assist with the development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed.
