Pentair is seeking a Lean Sr Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining Lean methodologies that improve operational performance in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and support the site's operational excellence strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate Lean Enterprise initiatives across the facility.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
Analyze operations and recommend solutions to address safety, ergonomic, quality, throughput, and material flow challenges.
Verify compliance with standardized work procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Conduct staffing, workload, and capacity analyses to support operational requirements.
Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis activities, and problem-solving workshops.




Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and improvement results.
Identify, define, and implement solutions to complex operational issues that are not immediately evident within existing processes.
Collaborate with functional teams to support the deployment and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Understand customer requirements and incorporate customer-focused decision-making into daily operations.
Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and influence positive change across departments.

Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
+ 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, or a similar role.
