SAP Ariba Procure to Pay SME – Support

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Ariba Procure to Pay SME to provide functional support for the end-to-end SAP Ariba and Procure to Pay processes.

In this role, you will troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, support integrations, and work closely with technical and business teams to ensure the smooth operation of SAP Ariba.

What will you do?

Provide functional support for SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, including Invoice Management, Catalogs, APC, and master data integrat
ions.Analyze and resolve Ariba incidents, identifying root causes and providing short- and long-term solutions within the required
SLA.Monitor and troubleshoot Ariba interfaces and integrations between Ariba Network, Invoice Management, CIG, and SAP.
Work with technical teams to analyze integration issues involving ABAP and CPI (Middlew
are).Perform ticket triage, identifying whether issues are related to user errors, master data, training needs, system defects, or dependencies with other t
eams.Collaborate with IT, Operations, Supply Chain,



and business teams to resolve issues and prevent recurring incidents.
Support SAP releases, HRSP updates, instance refreshes, and regression testing.
Design and execute UT, SIT, and UAT test cases, including positive and negative scenarios.
Prepare functional specifications for technical teams developing custom integrations and define the necessary test cases.
Identify opportunities to improve solutions and make the support process more efficient.

Strong experience with SAP Ariba and Procure to Pay (P2P) pro
cesses.Hands-on experience with Ariba Buying and Inv
