What the day will look like
As a Process Engineer, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operational performance, and support the transformation agenda across the business. Employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies, you will help build scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.




Driving end‑to‑end process reengineering, productivity initiatives, and quality enhancements, these roles will deliver measurable time savings, cost efficiencies, and operational stability. These positions are crucial to scaling service excellence capabilities, meeting growing business demands, and enabling sustainable performance improvement across the Global Capability Center of Mexico and Colombia.
Key responsibilities include:
Lean Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to contribute to process improvement projects. Collaborate with teams in conducting root cause analyses and identifying improvement opportunities for Standardization, Automation and AI driven enhancements
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and overall organizational performance. Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to supervise indicators a
