Remote Position: Preferred residence: Guadalajara, Torreon or CDMX (with travel availability).
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (with official diploma and license) in English Language Teaching, Pedagogy, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching English as a Second Language, with experience in designing creative and rigorous ESL lesson plans.
English Proficiency: Minimum C1-C2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
Position Mission: To design high-rigor academic curricular resources and tools that guide English teachers across the SER network in the implementation of the SER English Program and SER academic model.
