About The Job

At Danone, we're looking for a Portfolio Strategy & Pipeline Lead to connect business priorities with our IT & Data portfolio across the Americas region. In this role, you will ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and ready to move from idea to execution, creating visibility and value across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead the alignment between annual business priorities (AOP) and the IT & Data portfolio.
Manage the portfolio pipeline from ideation through approval readiness, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility.
Partner with Business Partners, Product Teams, Finance, and key stakeholders to shape and refine initiatives before formal governance reviews.
Support investment planning and prioritization decisions by balancing business value, funding availability, and execution feasibility.
Guide teams in preparing high-quality business cases and improving initiative readiness.
Contribute to cross-functional strategic programs, driving alignment, transparency, and portfolio visibility across the region.
