Responsibilities:

Lead and/or support periodic IT Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, including planning, execution, and post-test activities.
Partner with IT DR Leads and key business stakeholders to develop DR exercise reports, identify gaps, and drive remediation actions.




Act as a DR advocate to ensure Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) include complete recovery procedures and application configurations to restore business operations at the DR site or alternate region.
Participates in gap analysis on DRP documentation to identify improvements opportunities and collaborate in the implementation of corrective actions.
Contribute to the development of business cases for automation initiatives aimed at improving IT DR processes efficiency, reducing risk, enhancing resiliency, and lowering operational costs.
Monitor, track, and report on IT Disaster Recovery service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Participate in post-disaster reviews to drive continuous improvements to IT DR capabilities.
Maintain IT Disaster Recovery documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and ongoing relevance. • Collaborate on enterprise IT DR initiatives to enhance internal services and stakeh
